The rooms were clean and comfy, and the breakfast was excellent. One drawback? The air conditioning could have worked better during the hot nights 😅

Really had WONDERFUL stay during a business trip. Great location, a short way from a traditional water puppet theater, liked this place. Walking distance to an old market and a market across the street.
Really noisy area.

Great location gem in Hanoi
The hotel is situated right in the heart of the bustling Beer Street. The staff's friendliness and eagerness to help.
The air conditioning in our room struggled to keep up with the heat, leading to some uncomfortable nights. A little maintenance in this area would go a long way.

When we stayed at the asia ruby hotel the staff were friendly and accommodating always. We were able to leave our extra luggage there when we did tours and use their facilities. Breakfast was good, rooms were comfortable and the tour booking service was reasonable. I would definatly stay here again.

We stayed here twice, and we were lucky enough to be upgraded to a room at the top of the hotel both times. The location is great (5 minutes walk to the water puppet theatre), in the old quarter. Rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. There is noise in most Vietnam Hotels, but we didnt notice it too much. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
One room we stayed in had a water pump next to it, once we pointed this out the staff were helpful in giving us a different room. This was a very good little hotel, and would reccommend it.

The Hotel staff there was extremly friendly and helped everywhere and smiling all the time. They are helping to find good tours, get taxis, called hotels for you.... Really an jewel in the city of Hanoi. The breakfast is good and in the breakfast room you have got a great view over the town. Internet is for free. The rooms are big and clean. Try to get a room in the 6 or up floor, then it is still quiet. The location is great, in the middle of the old quarter. If we came back to Hanoi, we will stay definitly in this really nice and friendly hotel Asian Ruby ! We are 34 and 42 years old.

Staying at this hotel with my family was fantastic! The location in the old quarter made it easy for us to step out and explore. One nice experience was dining at their restaurant on our last day. The food was delicious and worth every bite.
My wife says that it would be great if the hotel provided more family-friendly activities for the kids.

The room was clean and newly appointed. It seemed to be recently refurbished. The bathroom had an excellent glass shower door keeping water in unlike most places we travelled in Vietnam. Staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough to help us. The location is excellent. We would definately stay there again.
There was nothing we didn't like.
